Institutional grade architecture
Swissroxx Energy & Digital Infrastructure Fund I is structured as a Luxembourg RAIF (Reserved Alternative Investment Fund) — the preferred vehicle for large-scale institutional infrastructure mandates. CACEIS Bank S.A. serves as Fund Administrator and Depositary.
The allswiss Group and SH Schweizer Hypotheken AG act jointly as Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager. Legal and tax counsel is provided by Simmons & Simmons, Luxembourg. Independent NAV valuation is conducted by PwC Luxembourg. Statutory audit by Ernst & Young, Luxembourg.
