3.1 Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we collect: name, email address, organisation name, investor type, and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
3.2 Server Logs
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical access data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) in accordance with its own privacy policy. allswiss AG does not store server logs independently.
3.3 Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or marketing scripts. We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly, open-source analytics tool that operates without cookies and without collecting personal data. Umami records only anonymised, aggregated information such as page views and referrers. No IP addresses, device fingerprints, or cross-site identifiers are stored or shared. You may decline analytics collection via the notice shown on your first visit — your preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
Technical cookies necessary for Cloudflare's infrastructure may be set — these are strictly functional and cannot be disabled without affecting service delivery.
4. Purpose and Retention
Contact form data is processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries (legal basis: legitimate interest / contractual necessity). Data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and document the correspondence, and no longer than 3 years unless a legal or regulatory obligation requires longer retention.
5. Data Sharing
allswiss AG does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Email service providers (Resend Inc.) for the purpose of delivering contact form notifications — governed by a data processing agreement.
- Legal counsel or regulators where required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Under the nDSG (and GDPR where applicable) you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of data (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. International Transfers
Contact form submissions are processed via Resend Inc. (United States). Resend maintains standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. Cloudflare's infrastructure is globally distributed — see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of their data processing locations.
8. Changes to this Policy
allswiss AG reserves the right to update this privacy policy. The effective date above will be updated to reflect material changes. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
